General Director of Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
Degreed in Sociology at the University of Trento. He did significant experiences as human-resource manager for important companies as Eni, Omnitel, Olivetti, Enel, Rai (in 1998 he became Rai General Direcrtor).
He also followed the start up of new activities in the field of mobile phone communication for Wind and Omnitel and in 2000 he led Ipse for a short period.
From 2002 to 2005 he has worked in Unicredito Italiano as Responsible of the Corporate Identity Direction. His purpose was to give an identity to a group composed by 7 realities in Italy and 5 abroad.
He wrote many books among which “L’impresa”, ”il manager avveduto”, “L’illusione manageriale”, “Passioni fuori corso”, “Breviario di cinismo ben temperato” e “Nascita e morte di un’impresa in 42 lettere” e “Impresa and classi dirigenti”.
